This project was done for the love of making music, with people that you like, because you can. Its aim is to celebrate the things that make this weird and quite often unbearable existence, bearable. It doesn’t try to shy away from the shadows, it realises that they are with us all no matter how fast we run.

All the songs were recorded at a small studio in Leeds called The Green Room with the main bulk of the tune (drums, bass, guitars and keyboards) being done live together in one room and captured using beautiful old things. I would absolutely love to go on and on about how we recorded it but sadly, I’m confident that not many people will care. What I will say is that, due to the various decisions we made, the result is pretty ‘warts n all’ and aims to hack into that corner of you that you don’t really want to show the world but definitely should because you are great.
